We do not use third-party analytics software. We use internal cookie-free analytics that collect anonymized usage signals.

This data is not linked to your account.

We encrypt data at rest and in transit, and store infrastructure data on servers located in the United States.

Uploaded files are encrypted both at rest and in transit.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment details.

We use cookies to support core product functionality, such as login sessions.

We do not use cookies for analytics.

If you enable Smart Match, we use secure AI processing to analyze resumes and answers to generate match scores.

Data sent for AI processing is pre-processed to redact common identifiers where possible, but perfect redaction cannot be guaranteed.

AI analysis is used only to support your hiring workflow, not for external model training.

You can delete your data or account. Data is removed from active systems and later removed from backups according to retention schedules.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For significant changes, we may provide additional notice on our site or product.
