Account Terms

1. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.
2. Each user is entitled to one free trial period. Creating multiple accounts to gain additional trials is prohibited.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
4. You may not use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
5. Accounts registered by bots or automated methods are not permitted.

Content and Acceptable Use

Some Services allow you to store or share content. You retain ownership of your content and are responsible for it.

1. You are responsible for content you submit and any resulting harm.
2. When using the Services, you must not:
   • Do anything illegal.
   • Exploit, harm, or threaten children.
   • Send spam or bulk unsolicited messages.
   • Bypass service access restrictions.
   • Distribute malware, spyware, or malicious code.
   • Share inappropriate or illegal content.
   • Engage in false or misleading activity.
   • Infringe the rights or privacy of others.
3. We reserve the right to refuse or remove content available through the Services.
4. We do not control and are not responsible for user-generated content.

Paid Services

Some features require payment (the "Paid Services").

1. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
2. Billing occurs on your renewal schedule after initial payment.
3. We may change prices and will provide notice before applying changes to existing customers.

Refunds

1. All sales are final unless stated otherwise in this section.
2. If you were charged for a renewal you intended to cancel, we may refund that renewal charge.

Cancellation

You are responsible for canceling your account through the product workflow. Email or phone requests are not considered cancellation.

After cancellation, your content may be deleted from active systems and later removed from backups.

We may cancel inactive accounts, including trial and frozen accounts after extended inactivity periods.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any reason at any time.

Liability

1. Your use of the Services is at your own risk. Services are provided "as is" and "as available".
2. We may use third-party providers for hosting and infrastructure.
3. You may not reproduce, copy, resell, or exploit the Services without written permission.
4. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or fit a specific purpose.
5. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.
6. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
